Report PL 14-2021 respecting Site Plan Approval application SP-01/2021, submitted by M & J DeJong Enterprises Inc., be received; THAT the agreement between M & J DeJong Enterprises Inc. and the Corporation of the Municipality of Lambton Shores, respecting a new retail store on lands known as 10005 Lakeshore Road, be approved; and THAT By-Law 32 of 2021 authorizing the execution of an agreement with M & J DeJong Enterprises Inc. be approved.
