Report PL 12-2021, relating to a Zoning By-Law Amendment Application, submitted by Habitat for Humanity Sarnia/Lambton, be received; THAT Zoning By-Law Amendment Application ZO-05/2021 , submitted by Habitat for Humanity Sarnia/Lambton, requesting an amendment to Zoning By-Law 1 of 2003 to change the zone designation to R1 on 70 & 72 Union St, Forest, to allow semi-detached dwellings, be approved with the modification that semi-detached dwellings instead be added as permitted uses to the existing R3-4 Zone; and THAT By-Law 27 of 2021 be approved.
