Report PL 25-2021, related to a Municipally-initiated Zoning By-Law Amendment regarding building heights, be received; THAT Municipally-initiated Zoning By-Law Amendment ZO-10/2021 imposing a 7.4m height limit in the R4 and R4-4 Zones for portions of buildings with flat or shallow roof pitches and deleting “scenery lofts” from the list of items exempt from height restrictions, be approved; and THAT By-Law 56 of 2021 be approved.
