Report PL 26-2023, relating to a Zoning By-Law Amendment Application, submitted by Garry Willsie be received; THAT Zoning By-Law Amendment Application ZO-11/2023 submitted by Garry Willsie requesting an amendment to Zoning By-Law 1 of 2003 to rezone the C4 Zone and a portion of the M2 Zone on the lands known as 9502 Sitter to the A4 Zone for the purpose of a lot addition to 9516 Northville Road and to add Motor Vehicle Repair Establishment, Motor Vehicle Service Establishment, Farmers Market and Metal Fabrication as permitted uses to the A4 Zone, be approved; and THAT By-Law 80 of 2023 be approved.
