Report PL 22-2025, relating to Official Plan and Zoning By-Law Amendment Applications, submitted by Coastline Properties Inc. be received; THAT Official Plan Amendment Application OPA-02-2025, requesting an amendment to the Lambton Shores Official Plan to re-designate a portion of the subject lands known as 16 Sauble River Road & 18 Eighty One Crescent to a residential designation be approved; THAT Zoning By-Law Amendment Application ZO-11/2025 submitted by Coastline Properties Inc. requesting an amendment to Zoning By-Law 1 of 2003 to rezone the lands known as 16 Sauble River Road & 18 Eighty One Crescent be approved; THAT By-Law 69 of 2025 to adopt Amendment No. 13 to the Lambton Shores Official Plan be approved; and THAT By-Law 70 of 2025 to implement the zoning by-law amendment be approved.
