Report PL 23-2025, relating to a Zoning By-Law Amendment Application, submitted by Triple L Farms Inc . be received; THAT Zoning By-Law Amendment Application ZO-12/2025 submitted by Triple L farms Inc. requesting an amendment to Zoning By-Law 1 of 2003, to prohibit a dwelling of any kind on the retained lands of a surplus farm dwelling severance at 9136 Arkona Road, and to rezone the severed lot to allow a lot size of 0.51 ha (1.25 ac), be approved; and THAT By-Law 71 of 2025 be approved.
