Report PL 01-2026, relating to a Zoning By-Law Amendment Application, submitted by Nancy Aitken, Kevin Aitken, and Mark Aitken be received; THAT Zoning By-Law Amendment Application ZO-13/2025 submitted by Nancy Aitken, Kevin Aitken, and Mark Aitken requesting an amendment to Zoning By-Law 1 of 2003 for a site-specific rezoning to permit a reduced lot frontage of 5.1 m on the retained lands of a severance at 8529 Townsend Line, and to rezone the severed lot to allow residential use , be approved ; and THAT By-Law 05 of 2026 to implement the zoning by-law amendment be approved.
