Report PL 35-2021 respecting Site Plan Approval application SP-03/2021, submitted by Grand Bend Development Corporation, be received; THAT the agreement between Grand Bend Development Corporation and the Corporation of the Municipality of Lambton Shores, respecting development of a plan of vacant land condominium on lands known as 74 Main St East, be approved; and THAT By-Law 67 of 2021 authorizing the execution of an agreement with Grand Bend Development Corporation be approved.
