Report PL 21-2022 being a report respecting a Site Plan Application for construction of a gas station and restaurant and payment of cash-in-lieu of parking requirements on lands known as 75 Main Street East, Grand Bend, be received; and THAT the Site Plan Agreement between the Corporation of the Municipality of Lambton Shores and 12073633 Canada Inc. be approved; and THAT By-Law 53 of 2022 be approved to execute a Site Plan Agreement between the Corporation of the Municipality of Lambton Shores and 12073633 Canada Inc. for lands known as 75 Main Street East, Grand Bend.
