Report PL 31-2020 respecting a Zoning By-Law Amendment Application and an application to revise Draft Approved Plan of Subdivision SD-2017-01, submitted by Grand Bend Developments Corporation, be received; and THAT Zoning By-Law Amendment Application ZO-11/2020 , submitted by Grand Bend Developments Corporation, requesting an amendment to Zoning By-Law 1 of 2003 to expand the boundary of the existing R8-2(H17) Zone into the existing C2(H17) Zone, be approved; THAT the Zoning Amendment also include the addition of a 1.5m minimum interior side yard setback requirement in the R8-2 Zone for street townhouses in a plan of condominium; THAT By-Law 62 of 2020 be approved.
