Report PL 30-2020, relating to a Zoning By-Law Amendment Application, submitted on behalf of Ross Hayter, be received; THAT Zoning By-Law Amendment Application ZO-12/2020 , submitted on behalf of Ross Hayter, requesting an amendment to Zoning By-Law 1 of 2003 to rezone a portion of lands on Goosemarsh Line to permit the construction of a residence and conservation of natural heritage features, be approved; and THAT By-Law 63 of 2020 be approved.
