Report PL 33-2021, relating to a Zoning By-Law Amendment Application and a request for a refund of application fees, submitted by Mark and Lisa Bastiaansen, be received; THAT Zoning By-Law Amendment Application ZO-12/2021 , submitted by Mark and Lisa Bastiaansen, requesting an amendment to Zoning By-Law 1 of 2003 to change the zone designation from the C3 Zone to an Agricultural zone with reduced MDS setbacks, be approved; and THAT By-Law 64 of 2021 be approved.
