Report PL 26-2025, relating to Draft Approval of a Plan of Subdivision, file SD-2024-02, and Zoning By-Law Applications, submitted by 2802184 Ontario Inc., be received; THAT draft approval be granted for Plan of Subdivision File No. SD-2024-02, subject to the conditions of approval outlined in Report PL 25-2025; THAT Zoning By-Law Amendment Application ZO-13/2024 submitted by 2802184 Ontario Inc. requesting an amendment to Zoning By-Law 1 of 2003 to rezone 9827 Parkview Crescent for development of a portion of the lands as proposed in Draft Plan of Subdivision File No. SD-2024-02 be approv ed with modifications that include portions of the lot be ing rezoned to Environmental Protection – Natural Conservation (EP-NC) ; and THAT By-Law 79 of 2025 to implement the Zoning By-law Amendment be approved.
