Report PL 30-2022, relating to a ZBA Application, submitted by Annette VanderVloet, be received; THAT ZBA Application ZO-16/2022 , submitted by Annette VanderVloet, requesting an amendment to Zoning By-Law 1 of 2003 to rezone 6780 East Parkway Drive, Ipperwash, to permit two dwellings with special provisions for interior side yards and accessory building lot coverage, be approved, with the modification that the minimum required interior side yards be 3m and 1.2m; and THAT By-Law 82 of 2022 be approved.
