Report PL 34-2021, relating to a Zoning By-Law Amendment Application submitted by Jody McDonald, be received; THAT Zoning By-Law Amendment Application ZO-09/2021 , submitted by Jody McDonald, requesting an amendment to Zoning By-Law 1 of 2003 to prohibit a dwelling on the retained portion of a farm and permit a reduced lot frontage and area for the retained farm after a surplus dwelling severance at 9170 Arkona Road, be approved; and THAT Staff be instructed to prepare an implementing by-law that reflects the parcel dimensions when approved by the Committee of Adjustment.
