the minutes of the September 8, 2020 Council meeting be adopted as presented.

the Consideration for the Willemse Municipal Drain 2020 under Section 4 of the Drainage Act convene at 6:32 p.m.

the Consideration of the Willemse Municipal Drain 2020 close and the regular Council meeting reconvene at 7:08 p.m.

Report DCS 29-2020 providing Council with information on the Consideration for the Willemse Municipal Drain 2020 be received; and THAT Council consider the Willemse Municipal Drain 2020 Report, prepared by GM BluePlan Engineering in accordance with Section 4 of the Drainage Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.D.17; and THAT the Willemse Municipal Drain 2020 Report is adopted; and THAT the by-law providing for drainage works to the Willemse Municipal Drain 2020 be received and read a first and second time; and THAT the Court of Revision be set for November 10, 2020 and the meeting notice be mailed to assessed property owners, all the required agencies and organizations.

THAT Report CL 15-2020 on the Council Composition and Ward Boundary Review be received.

Report PL 26-2020 relating to an unimplemented portion of a resolution of Council, resolution 15-0714-18, which instructs Staff to prepare a deeming by-law, be received; THAT Lots 4 to 10 inclusive, and 31 to 37 inclusive, Plan 34 (BO) be deemed not to be lots in a plan of subdivision; THAT By-Law 57 of 2020 be approved; and THAT staff be instructed to register By-Law 57 of 2020 on title of the properties to which it applies.

Report PL 27-2020 respecting proposed road names in the East Glen Estates Subdivision, Arkona, be received; THAT the names “Alexander Gate” and “Manning Court”, proposed for the cul-de-sacs in the final phase of the Draft Approved Plan of Subdivision File No. 38T92006, be approved; and THAT staff be directed to advise the County subdivision approval authority that the Municipality has no objection to the proposed road names.

Report PL 28-2020 titled Changes to Development Charges and Parkland Dedication and New Community Benefits Charge be received.

Report PL 29-2020, relating to an Application for Site Plan Approval, submitted by JDK 2019 Holdings Inc., be received; THAT the agreement between the Corporation of the Municipality of Lambton Shores and JDK 2019 Holdings Inc. respecting the development of commercial storage buildings on lands known as 9675 Lakeshore Road be approved; and THAT By-Law 56 of 2020 be approved.

Report DCS 28- 20 20 regarding 2020 Capital Budget – New Sidewalk Construction be received ; and THAT the Ann Street Arkona – East Glen Drive to Union Street sidewalk construction project be completed in 2020; and THA T additional projects identified in this report be

By-Laws 41-2020, 56-2020, 57-2020 and 59-2020 be read a first, second and third time, passed and signed by the Mayor and Clerk.
