Report TR 27-2021 Regarding the New Administration Office and Council Chamber Financial Update be received; and THAT the Council approves the construction of a new Administration Office and Council Chambers at a cost of $6,339,810.56 incl. net of HST. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute the construction contract with D. Grant Construction Limited for the construction of the Administration Office and Council Chambers; and THAT the cash flow of the construction costs for the administration office project be completed internally; and THAT funding Option 3 be approved pending the outcome of the GMF application; and THAT the final funding and/or financing strategy be confirmed once the status of the GMF application is known.
