Report TR 39-2025 regarding the tender award for the 2025 Capital Budget – HSAT Infrastructure – Concrete Pads tender be received; and THAT the tender from Dicocco Contractors Inc. in the amount of $129,999.10 excluding HST, ($132,287.08 Net of Refundable taxes), for the HSAT Infrastructure – Concrete Pads tender be accepted; and THAT the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the associated contract agreement.

Report TR 40-2025 regarding a standardized Transit Infrastructure Agreement be received; and THAT the Transit Infrastructure Encroachment Agreement be approved; and THAT the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute the agreement on behalf of the Municipality of Lambton Shores for use with HSAT transit partners; and THAT staff be directed to enter into agreements with all transit partners where HSAT infrastructure is or will be installed.
