Report PL 14-2024, relating to a ZBA Application, submitted by Roeland Plant Farms Inc. be received; THAT Zoning By-Law Amendment Application ZO-09/2024 submitted by Roeland Plant Farms Inc. requesting an amendment to Zoning By-Law 1 of 2003 to remove the H19 holding symbol from 5894 Douglas Line, be approved; and THAT By-Law 46 of 2024 be approved.

Report PL 15-2024, relating to Official Plan and Zoning By-Law Amendment Applications, submitted by Tyler Townsend, be received; THAT Official Plan Amendment Application OPA-03-2024 , requesting an amendment to the Lambton Shores Official Plan to re-designate 9395 Ipperwash Rd to the “Campgrounds and Trailer Parks” designation, be approved; THAT Zoning By-Law Amendment Application Z-08-2024 , requesting an amendment to Zoning By-Law 1 of 2003 to rezone 9395 Ipperwash Rd to the “Commercial-14 (C14) Zone”, be approved, subject to the inclusion of site-specific zone provisions; THAT By-Law 45 of 2024 to adopt Amendment No. 11 to the Lambton Shores Official Plan be approved; and THAT By-Law 44 of 2024 to implement the Zoning By-Law Amendment be approved.

Report DPW 13-2024 regarding new stop signs at the corners of Oak Street and Hill Street and Oak Street and Huron Street in Grand Bend and be received; and THAT the installation of stop signs at the corners of Oak Street and Hill Street and Oak Street and Huron Street in Grand Bend be approved.

Report DPW 14-2024 regarding One Way Traffic Conversion of River Road in Grand Bend be received; and THAT Council approves a One Way Traffic Conversion on River Road between Alberta Street and Ontario Street in Grand Bend.

Report CL 13-2024 regarding a municipal drain petition for John Coultis Branch Drain submitted under Section 4.1 (c) of the Drainage Act be received; and THAT the petition for the construction of a new drain branch required for the drain be accepted; and THAT Spriet Associates be appointed to complete the required engineer’s report after the 30 day notice period has expired and no comments have been received.

By-Law 38-2024 and By-laws 44-2024 through 51-2024 be read a first, second and third time, passed and signed by the Mayor and Clerk.
